About CDI

Established in 2020, the Center for Disability Information (CDI) is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to advancing research and evidence-based practices to improve outcomes for individuals with ID/A in Pennsylvania.

 

CDI collaborates with individuals with ID/A and their families, provider organizations and associations, academic institutions, state government, clinical partners, and research organizations in order to leverage the expertise of stakeholders across the system. Through these partnerships, CDI is able to conduct research that informs public policy and supports innovations that improve the lives of people with ID/A.

Mission

The mission of the Center for Disability Information (CDI) is to use research to influence policy and practice to improve the lives of Pennsylvanians with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism (ID/A).

Strategic Plan
