Anne Couldridge has been Executive Director of The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) since 2017, bringing nearly three decades of personal and professional experience advocating for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a proud mom, her journey is deeply rooted in lived experience, with two of her children being non-verbal and living with developmental disabilities.

A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Shippensburg University, Anne is active in statewide initiatives through PAR and The Arc of PA. She began her term as a PAR Board member in 2025, where she co-chairs the Grassroots and Communications Committee and previously chaired the G2DSP Task Force which was focused on creating pathways to DSP employment for students. She also serves on several other committees dedicated to advocacy, equity, and workforce development.

Anne is honored to have received the Erman A. Gentile leadership award and is especially proud that CPARC was named 2023 Non-Profit of the Year by the Perry County Chamber - an award nominated by the families they serve.
