Babra Mendez is a nonprofit and healthcare leader dedicated to strengthening workplace culture and expanding community-based care systems. She holds an MBA in Strategic Management, an MS in Non-Profit Leadership and Population Health Management, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. With over seven years of leadership experience in personal care and IDD services, Babra also serves as a writer for the Center for Disability Information (CDI). She partners with TUFH to advance a Center for Excellence and build a sustainable IDD system of care in Kenya. As a Greater Delaware Valley Policy Fellow, she is committed to advancing equitable, people-centered solutions locally and globally.
