Chris Saulino

Christopher R. Saulino, Ph.D. is an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist and applied researcher focused on strengthening systems of support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). He uses data, research methods, and evidence-based organizational science to tackle issues such as workforce stability, organizational culture, quality of services, and meaningful outcomes for people receiving supports.

Starting his career at 18 as a Direct Support Professional and later working as a Behavioral Analyst and Therapist, Christopher brings rare alignment between front-line experience and scientific training. As CEO of Community Interactions Inc, he leads the agency as a learning, evidence-driven organization, using structured measurement, evaluation, and feedback to improve how services are designed and delivered.

Rooted in his family’s lived experience, including that of his uncle with an intellectual disability, Christopher’s work sits at the intersection of research, policy, and practice. His goal is simple and uncompromising: turn evidence into action and build service systems that reliably deliver better lives for people with IDD and their families.
