In her role as Human Resources Director at The Arc of York and Adams Counties, Hannah leads strategic HR initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and support employee growth. She focuses on talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance, with a special passion for creating people-centered solutions that make a tangible difference in the workplace. One of her favorite parts of the job is helping employees navigate challenges and find opportunities for development—something she finds deeply rewarding about working in the nonprofit sector.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Hannah earned her Doctorate in Education with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. With six years in the human service industry, she continues to approach her work with curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to organizational excellence.
