Mike Eisert, CPCU, AAM, AIT was employed at Erie Insurance, retiring in August 2025. His 48-year tenure included data management and business intelligence support for Actuarial, Predictive Analytics, Marketing, Underwriting and several other areas. It also included 25 years of various management positions in Actuarial and IT overseeing business analysis, IT strategic planning, business process re-engineering, technical documentation, IT resource management, and course instruction for various insurance certifications.
Mike’s outside interests include volunteering as a US Coast Guard Master Captain and supporting Erie’s award-winning adaptive sailing program (EASE) for children with special needs. He also served on several committees at the Barber National Institute since 1998, served as a director for the NWPA Autism Society’s Annual Walk for Autism (20 years), and served on several non-profit boards in the local area. Mike also has been a mobile disc jockey for the past 35 years both commercially for Millennium Sound Productions and in support of several non-profit organizations. Mike is married to Meg, and they have one child, Gregory, who has autism and ID.
