​Sherri Portnoy, MBA, SPHR, is currently an Independent Consultant with over 30 years of senior executive leadership experience. She was a Vice President of IDD Operations and Administration at Merakey with an extensive history of increasing leadership roles and responsibilities in the areas of healthcare operations and human resources. She has authored numerous publications on technology initiatives for people with disabilities. Additionally, she continues to serve as a Board Member at BARC for over 20 years and is a mentor in the ANCOR Leadership Academy.
